These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and InterFrame ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, downloading the InterFrame app, or using any part of our services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use InterFrame.

You must be at least 13 years old to use InterFrame. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

3. User content

InterFrame lets you post reviews, comments, ratings, lists, diary entries, and other content ("User Content").

4. Acceptable use

When using InterFrame you agree NOT to:

Reporting violations: you can report a review or comment from inside the app by tapping the "Report" button next to the content. Reports go directly to our moderation team.

5. Third-party content

InterFrame uses the TMDB API to provide film and TV metadata, posters, and other media information. We are not affiliated with TMDB. Content from TMDB is provided under TMDB's own terms, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The service may link to or display content from third parties, including review snippets, photos, and external pages. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse it.

6. Advertising

InterFrame is free to use and supported by advertising via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy section 5 for details about ad formats and your choices.

Ads are not endorsements. Clicking on or interacting with an ad is at your own discretion; we are not responsible for the goods, services, or websites that ads link to.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account from Profile → Account → Delete account inside the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on InterFrame infringes your copyright, send a notice with the following information to interframe.app@gmail.com:

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the affected content. We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimers

InterFrame is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterFrame and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹1,000 (or local equivalent of about USD 15), or (b) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since InterFrame is free, this typically means the cap is the ₹1,000 / USD 15 figure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits exclusion).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice and an email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
